International applicants will be screened by an International Screening Committee which has 8 members and has representative from North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
Applicants from the Philippines will be screened by a Screening Committee organized by the Local Organizing Committee and is representative of key organizations involved in the preparation for WCYF 2009.
