With the United States Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections within two weeks it is important and interesting to know who endorsed each of the candidate. Who goes for the Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama and who endorsed Reblublican presidential candidate John McCain. Well to start this buzz on their endorsement war, Barack Obama outweighs McCain in newspaper endorsements 121 - 42 outweighing him as well in circulation reach, 13,500,000 to 3,700,00. The complete list of newspaper endorsers can be viewed at Editor and Publisher.

Another noteworthy examination can be seen in comparing the accumulation of endorsements posted in the free encyclopedia service Wikipedia. Not only are independents and democrats the one turning their support for Obama but also fellow Democrats of John McCain like former Secretary of State Colin Powell. Powell said in his endorsement, "...he has met the standard of being a sucessful president, being an exceptional president. I think he is a transformational figure. He is a new generation coming into the world-- onto the world state, onto the American stage, and for that reason I'll be voting for Senator Barack Obama."
