Is Barrack Obama Missing Out on Details?

I had been a candidate once for Local Councilship and well I will admit that sometimes some details get messed up when you are talking to an audience. Most of the time in a Presidential speech, speech were also prepared by staff and for some reason thjose staff tend to miss details and then the President or the candidate will took it as valid.

We all make mistakes on details and am sure John McCain and Hilary Clinton did miss some details as well.
