Need Help to Resolve Discrepency in Google Page Ranks

Last night I checked the Google Page Rank of my blogs and I am happy because most of my blogs except The Delano Observer which is relatively new has PR ranging from 2 to 4, yes this blog indeed might have a PR after all. When I checked newzaroundus.com, it said that I have a zero PR ranking but when newzaroundus.blogspot.com is checked it has a PR rating of 3. I am wondering now how did that happen and how will I reconcile it?

So if there is someone who is willing to give some guide or help me with this, it will greatly be appreciated.
