It has finally become a reality. After we first wrote regarding the prospects of a Wheel of Time TV Series, we are very excited. I for one, who had been an avid fan since its release had been waiting for a long time.

Wheel of Time TV Series had been finally confirmed and it will be airing on Amazon Prime starting November 2021. This concludes more than 2 years of preparing, shooting, and piecing together the world created by Robert Jordan in his New York Times best-selling book.

Showrunner Rafe Judkins already gave a preview of his TV take on Robert Jordan's best-selling novel series, starring Rosamund Pike via Entertainment Weekly.

There are tons of new things for a television series and for a fantasy world in the Wheel of Time, One major difference is the fact that the series is matriarchal, meaning women are more powerful in this world. It is perhaps one of the most feminine-centered novels in my lifetime.

"Just as men are often trying to shut down female power in our world, the Aes Sedai are trying to stop this man from becoming too powerful," Judkins says. "If, hypothetically, one of our male characters were able to use the One Power, they understand the stakes of it from what they see of Logain." - Entertainment Weekly

It also has a world that is richer than that of Lord of the Rings or even the Game of Thrones if I may say. Just imagine putting into a series a total of 15 Books. A story that ends with the lifetime of the great author Robert Jordan.
