Nick Perlas, Jamby Madrigal and JC delos Reyes Demands Clean Elections

Independent presidential candidates Nick Perlas and Jamby Madrigal together with Ang Kapatiran's JC delos Reyes demanded clean and transparent elections on a press conference held Thursday.

They have also created "Halalang Marangal," a group which will collect evidenced of the May 2010 election fraud and other anomalies. They also called for "grassroots auditing" of election results.

"I wish the media will stop spinning the results." says Perlas pointing out that the spectacular speed at which results was delivered does not mean that it was accurate and fraud free.

Nick Perlas said that he was also dumbfounded by the fact that Vetallano Acosta got more votes that them (Jamby and JC). "If votes remain unaccounted for we might decide whether to take legal action," added Perlas who added that there exists a potential massive fraud in Monday's elections. "This is an electronic Garci" he says of the elections.

In Twitter there were mix reactions regarding the press conference. There was even a hashtag specifically given to the three, "#3 stooges." A twitter user even twitted, " If u want to follow what Jamby, JC and Perlas are talking about, follow # 3 stooges Jamby JC Perlas."

Not all reactions on twitter was negative though, one said, "nick perlas, jamby madrigal and jc delos reyes raising valid points about the elections on tv right now." Another twitted, "Let's just hear what they had to say. The fact that Nicky Perlas is one of them makes me give these results a second thought."

Scanning further into the tweets about the press conference the Newz Around Us found out an overwhelming reaction of disagreement and descent.
