Blogger messed Up Today with a Server Error

Was wondering what happened a while ago and still repeating some time... there was a message of server error on blogger. This server prevents browsers from accessing the site and also prevents users from accessing their account.

It was a rare occasion for blogger to encounter server error except for times of maintenance or is it a regular maintenance car. So what happened to blogger today? Any idea?
