Daniel Phillip Henney is a model and an actor which had starred in films like Seducing Mr. Perfect (2006), My Father (2007), X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009), Shanghai Calling (2012), The Last Stand (2013), and Big Hero 6 (2014). In television, he is popular for starring in the Korean dramas Spring Waltz and My Lovely Sam Soon.
Henney won various awards already including Newport Beach Film Festival: Outstanding Achievement in Acting for Shanghai Calling, Shanghai International Film Festival: Best New Actor for Shanghai Calling, 2010 People's Choice Award: nomination for Favorite On-Screen Team X-Men Origins: Wolverine, 45th Grand Bell Awards: Best New Actor for My Father, 31st Golden Cinematography Awards: Best New Actor for My Father, and 16th Chunsa Film Art Awards: Best New Actor for My Father.
