FREE MOVIE at SM Cinemas Nationwide on December 8

Sm Cinemas will surely be full of people on December 8, as SM Cinema launched their first ever SM CINEMA NATIONAL FREE MOVIE DAY.  The SM Cinema free movie is in celebation of SM Cinema's 20 years and also its way of announcing the conversion of all its film-based theatres into Digital Theatres. They are the first cinema franchise in the country to do this.



SM Cinema will be offering FREE MOVIE in all of SM Cinema's 246 Digital Theaters in all 45 branches nationwide.  So what can you watch?


Line up of movies includes the following:

  • House at the End of the Street, a hooro thriller showcasing the female star of Hunger Games;
  • Stolen, the latest Nicolas Cage action flick;
  • Supremo: The Andres Bonifacio Story, the biopic of one of our local heroes;
  • Deadfall, a crime-drama film;
  • Step Up Revolution;
  • and the restored version of Ishmael Bernal’s Himala. 
Besides those above the Film Development Council of the Philippines also included two independent films for the SM Cinema Free Movie Day.

For those who want to get a FREE MOVIE you have to register from November 22 to December 6. Just follow these five easy steps:

  1. Like and Register at our e-PLUS Facebook Fan Page (www.facebook.com/eplus.sm)
  2. Click on the Free Movie App.
  3. Choose your Cinema, Time and Movie 
  4. Print the confirmation email.
  5. Surrender the printed confirmation email at your preferred SM Cinema branch for your free two tickets.
