The lead singer of the band LFO, Rich Cronin passed away September 8, Wednesday. Cronin succumbs to Leukemia. The lead singer is only 35 years old.
The LFO is a '90s boy band and one of its hit song "Summer Girls" is a composition of Rich Cronin.
Cronin was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia in March of 2005. His initial treatment was successful but in January 2006 he went into remission. LFO's Rich Cronin had also left a legacy in his foundation called the Rich Cronin Hope Foundation. The goal of the foundation includes raising awareness of the disease as well as hoping to promote blood donation and encourage people to donate bone marrow.
