Hoever, the jail administrators say that Lindsay Lohan would probably just spend about 2-3 weeks in jail and spend the rest of her sentence in a rehabilitation facility.
"She scared as anyone would be...and she's resolute. She does her time just like anyone else," says Shawn Chapman Holley, Lohan;s new lawyer.
The detention cell of Lindsay Lohan is a 12 ft by 8 ft (nine square-meter) cell and she will be staying alone in the cell for her own safety.
