Noynoy Aquino will arrive at the Quirino Grandstand together with outgoing President Noynoy Aquino at around 10:45am. Afterwards upon arrival honors will be given to President Arroyo and President-elect Aquino.
Charice Pempenco will perform the National Anthem. Before Aquino will be sworn in into office an Inaugural Song entitled, "Bagong Pilipinas" will be performed by Regine Velasquez, Jed Madela, Gary Valenciano, APO Hiking Society, Christian Bautista, Noel Cabangon and Ogie Alcasid.
At around 11:50am Associate Justice Conchita Carpio-Morales will administer the Oath of Office to Vice President Jejomar Binay. President-elect Noynoy Aquino will then be sworn into office at exactly 12 noon. Even though Justice Morales will perform the oath of office, Chief Justice Renato Corona had been invited to the event.
President Noynoy Aquino is expected to deliver a short but provocative Inaugural Address which will lay down the plans of his administration, as well as the outlook on his administration. Manuel Quezon III who are one of those overseeing the inaugural said that the speech will be about 5-10 minutes long.
Upon conclusion of the inauguration, the new president will then proceed to Malacanang Palace and hold bis first cabinet meeting. Later during the day President Aquino and his supporters and cabinet will join the people in a Street Party at Quezon Memorial Circle.
Noynoy Aquino is said to have a performance ready during the evening. The event is expected to be attended by at least 10,000 people.
Various dignitaries will be joining Aquino during the inauguration. The highest official attending the event would be teh President of Timor Leste who has been a long time friend of the Aquinos.
