FIVE YEARS IN PRODUCTION
FILMED IN 200 LOCATIONS
26 COUNTRIES FEATURED
250 DAYS OF AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY

How well do we know planet Earth? Using the most advanced film-making methods ever developed, EARTH takes us on a tour of our home as we’ve never seen it before.

In a time when the world-wide awareness of the fragility of our home planet is gaining momentum, this film fascinates the audience in a gentle way and spurs you to consider the effects of your actions on its current state.

BBC and Greenlight Media AG bring you a remarkable story of three animal families on a journey across our planet -- polar bears, elephants and humpback whales. Filmed with the newest exposure techniques, showcasing spectacular aerial shots and close-up views, EARTH captures perspectives not usually seen by most people.
