Mayweather No Longer Fighting Pacquiao. Foreman-Pacquiao in Negotiation?

A stubborn and seemingly evading Floyd Mayweather Jr. will no longer be fighting Manny Pacquiao. This develops after the judge of the court which is settling their disputes over the drug testing was not able to bring the two to a compromise.

Manny Pacquiao, the best pound-for-pound champion and number 2 best boxer of all time had already agreed to an Olympic-style drug testing 24 days before the match. However, Mayweather will not budge from a random drug testing including one test 24 hours before the fight.

Bob Arum of Top Rank is now eying the World Boxing Association super welterweight champion Yuri Foreman. Pacquiao however is concerned about the height difference between him and Foreman.
