Another report says that, the 72-year-old started filming a comedy last week about a minibus driver trying to deal with his daughter's plans to marry her Filipino-American boyfriend, his spokeswoman Margaux Salcedo said.
"He really thinks that the poor, who are already suffering, should not be made to cry some more in the movies," Salcedo said. "He wants to make them happy, even if only briefly."
"Napapanahon [ito] dahil sa maraming taong umiiyak ngayon sa hirap. So, patatawanin namin ni Ai-Ai para matulungan sila. Kahit sa pelikula man lang ay mapatawa namin sila, mapasaya namin," Estrada told ABS-CBN News.
Well for the fans of the former president this is a good time to see him again in the movies and I hope he does not use this as a campaign propaganda, though we all know that he has postured himself as a presidential candidate for 2010.
