Xbox 360 Integrates System to Control Kid's Gaming Time

With the growing concern of parents and other activists about the effects of gaming in the social, educational, emotional and other aspects of the gamers daily life, Microsoft's Xbox 360 is one of those who will be integrating a control system for parents called "The Family Timer."

The Family Timer will give parents the authority to control their children's gaming time through its features and interface. This new system comes in the 360's Fall System Update, due to roll out to all Internet-connected consoles on December 4.

There had been a wide discussion about whether prolong exposure to gaming really contributes more positively or negatively to the gamers general personal life and characteristic.
